Jess has been in the industry for 8 years! She loves creating beautiful blonding services and lived-in color that keeps her clients feeling confident and low maintenance between visits. Jess is passionate about helping her clients feel their best when they leave her chair. When she’s not in the salon, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two little boys.

Megan is the owner of IHD and has been in the industry for 6 years. She loves all color services, extensions, and styling wedding hair to help clients feel beautiful on the most special day of their life. Megan is passionate about making every client feel confident and leaving the salon loving their hair. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys.

Vivian has been behind the chair just under a year and already has a passion for blonding and all-over color. She loves transformations and is passionate about making her clients feel confident and beautiful. She enjoys spending time with her siblings, her boyfriend, her puppy Archie, and enjoys cooking and baking in her free time. We’re so happy to have her on our team!

Sara has been behind the chair for a year and loves creating lived-in color and short cuts that fit her clients lifestyles perfectly. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her getting coffee shopping and spending time with friends and family.

Erica has been licensed for 4 years and specializes in men’s cuts and focuses exclusively on that service, creating clean, customized styles for every client. She loves helping her clients feel confident and look their best. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her painting, drawing, or crocheting, and spending time relaxing with her cat, Pocus.

Ava is a fresh graduate from TSPA and is currently training under Megan in our associate program while continuing to grow her skills behind the chair. She loves working on root touch-ups, highlights, and men’s cuts creating fresh, clean looks that leave every client feeling their best. Outside of the salon, Ava enjoys spending time with her family, watching soccer, and doing her nails.
