Our Story

Jess and Megan’s journey began years ago working side-by-side in the same salon, where they built a strong friendship and shared passion for their work. Jess became an owner in 2022, and in 2024 Megan joined her as a partner. Since then, they’ve continued to grow and lead the business together with dedication, creativity, and genuine love for what they do and they truly couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

Jess is one of the co-owners of IHD and has been in the industry for 8 years! She loves creating beautiful blonding services and lived-in color that keeps her clients feeling confident and low maintenance between visits. Jess is passionate about helping her clients feel their best when they leave her chair. When she’s not in the salon, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two little boys.

Megan is one of the co-owners of IHD and has been in the industry for 6 years. She loves all color services, extensions, and styling wedding hair to help clients feel beautiful on the most special day of their life. Megan is passionate about making every client feel confident and leaving the salon loving their hair. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys.

Vivian has been behind the chair just under a year and already has a passion for blonding and all-over color. She loves transformations and is passionate about making her clients feel confident and beautiful. She enjoys spending time with her siblings, her boyfriend, her puppy Archie, and enjoys cooking and baking in her free time. We’re so happy to have her on our team!

Brittany has been licensed for 13 years, loves men’s cuts and creating beautiful lived-in blondes and color that perfectly fit her clients lifestyles. She loves helping her clients feel confident and leave her chair looking and feeling their best. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her spending quality time with her son, husband, and their families. They also have some very spoiled fur babies two dogs and two cats! She loves camping and spending time outdoors, and loves to cook.

Sara has been behind the chair for just under a year and loves creating lived-in color and short cuts that fit her clients lifestyles perfectly. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her getting coffee shopping and spending time with friends and family.
